Rams vs Eagles Odds & +EV For Week 4:

The Los Angeles Rams meet the Philadelphia Eagles as 3.5-point favorites (+102 at NoVig) in Week 4 of the NFL season. Two of the NFC’s best go head to head in this showdown, but with the total set at just 43.5 points, sportsbooks seem to think defense could be the story of this one.

Rams vs Eagles Week 4 Analysis

Both the Rams and Eagles will be aiming to turn things around after losses in Week 3. Los Angeles fell to 1-2 after a SNF loss at Denver, while the Eagles were thoroughly demolished at home on MNF losing 27-7 to Chicago.

The Rams probably feel like they gave that one away after leading 16-0 at halftime. But, Matthew Stafford threw two interceptions and the Broncos came back in the second half. Now, Stafford gets Puka Nacua back after missing the last two games through injury. You can find Nacua OVER 66.5 receiving yards in his return at -114 odds at FanDuel. That’s a huge boost for the Rams offense that somehow leads the league in yards but sits 20th in scoring.

Injuries have taken over the Rams vs Eagles storyline. Rams superstar Myles Garrett remains on injured reserve, while Aaron Donald is also out with a back injury. On the Eagles side, star receiver DeVonta Smith will miss this one with a hamstring injury. Linebacker Zack Baun and tight end Dallas Goedert are also sidelined.

Smith’s absence leaves Jalen Hurts without his leading playmaker. Even more concerning, the Eagles have yet to score a first quarter point this season, and are the NFL’s least efficient second-half offense. First year playcaller Sean Mannion has some work to do. Worse still, Philly leads the league with a 29% three and out rate since the start of 2025.

That’s a dangerous combination against a Rams offense that remains one of the league’s best. If LA can simply convert all those yards into touchdowns this week, Philadelphia will be in trouble. That will cause the Eagles to abandon their usual run heavy approach, which to me, points to a Rams victory.

Rams vs Eagles +EV Opportunities Week 4

I’m grabbing Jalen Hurts OVER 29.5 passing attempts at +105 over at BetRivers as my +EV play for Rams vs Eagles. With our fair odds at -104 that opens up a +4.7% +EV opportunity. Hurts has averaged 29 passing attempts per game through three weeks, so its no stretch to see him throw the ball slightly more against the Rams.

Additionally, we’re likely to get a game script where the Rams take the lead. With LA as 3.5-point favorites, Philadelphia will figure to be chasing the game at some point, leaving offensive coordinator Sean Mannion no choice but to dial up the pass. Hurts will have to sling the pigskin in order for the Eagles to win this game, and they’ll have to be a whole lot more efficient than last week to do so. If Stafford and company take an early lead, expect Hurts to soar past this number.

Hurts may struggle to create explosive plays against a Rams defense allowing just 5.1 yards per pass attempt. But, we don’t need Hurts to throw for 300 yards to win, we simply need 30 attempts from a quarterback who is likely to have to chase points on Sunday afternoon.
