I am Kbot Locks on X and I have been using Prop Professor since mid-2025, profiting nearly $50,000 in a year. While I utilize all of the tools on the website, my favorite is the Arbitrage Finder.

Why Do I Keep My Subscription?

Prop Professor has become a part of my daily routine. Get home from work, and get some bets in. I rotate between all the different tools on Prop Professor to get all the value that stands out first.

Then, I'll start working on my profit boosts and promotions on all the different apps. From there, usually just swapping between tools and making plays for however long I want to. Getting the initial big value and promotions out of the way first is HUGE for EV betting because those are your really high EV% things.

If I only have 20 minutes to bet in a day, those are the things you want to attack. Getting a 10% EV parlay with a 30% boost will always be your best source of value on any given day, compared to getting a 5% EV straight bet.

What Have I Learned Using Prop Professor?

Beating peer to peers is extremely hard. Don't try to bet on those books until you're consistently beating the others. Betting against originators is a different animal.

What Books Do I Think Are Sharp?

As mentioned above, the peer-to-peer prediction markets are very sharp. In no particular order, though, I keep a close eye on Pinnacle, Circa, Kalshi, NoVig, Polymarket and ProphetX.

What I Would Tell Someone Who’s Thinking About Signing Up

PropProfessor has made sports betting a CONSISTENT income. Saw a very similar ROI and amount profited throughout the last 8 months. Makes life a lot easier when you can legitimately rely on an extra few thousand bucks from sports betting.

Sportsbooks know more than you. Everyone says "you can't beat Vegas" but Prop Professor uses Vegas's lines to beat individual sportsbooks. You're essentially using Vegas to beat Vegas.
