Super Bowl Odds & +EV: Packers Offer Massive 49% Edge
After escaping Monday Night Football to keep their perfect record intact, the San Francisco 49ers remain atop the Super Bowl odds board. The 49ers improved to 6-0 with a 23-17 victory over the Commanders, and as such their Super Bowl odds have shortened from +800 to +600 with the best price available at BetOnline.
The Buffalo Bills remain second at +770 at Polymarket, followed by the still undefeated Kansas City Chiefs at +900 over on Bovada. But, the greatest +EV value still lies further down the board.

Get StartedThe 49ers are no longer making their way up the Super Bowl odds board, at this point, they own it. San Francisco is 6-0 for the first time since its 2019 Super Bowl run after surviving a late scare at home against Washington.
Brock Purdy remains the driving force behind the 49ers strong start. Purdy went 21 of 29 for 264 yards and a touchdown, while Christian McCaffrey scored twice.
Our futures board now gives San Francisco fair odds of +495, while BetOnline has the best price at +600, which creates a +17.6% EV opportunity on the Super Bowl favorite. That price isn’t nearly as attractive as the +1200 number I pointed you towards earlier on in the year, but Kyle Shanahan’s squad has earned its spot atop the board.
Best +EV Super Bowl Opportunities
After giving you the Packers last week at +6600, the best combinations of price and realistic championship upside remains in the NFC North.
Minnesota Vikings +48.5% EV
Minnesota was off with their bye in Week 6, but the market is now sleeping on the Vikings. Kevin O’Connell’s team is a perfect 5-0, but Polymarket is offering us a price of +2550. With our fair odds listing the Vikings at +1684, that creates a massive +48.5% EV opportunity.
Brian Flores’ defense is the main driving force behind Minnesota’s play. The Vikings are allowing an NFL-low 12.8 points per game and held New Orleans to 142 total yards in Week 5. Additionally, Minnesota is now up to 10 forced turnovers through five games.
The scary part is that Minnesota still has yet to find its offensive ceiling. Kyler Murray appears to be growing more comfortable in O’Connell’s system and with Justin Jefferson in tow, the Vikings are set for a strong second half of the season.
At the end of the day, Minnesota can pressure quarterbacks, force turnovers, control the ball and lean on one of the best receivers in football when it needs an explosive play. That’s a winning playoff formula.
Sure, the Vikings have a tougher schedule on the docket, with the Packers, Lions, Bills and 49ers waiting on the schedule. That being said, that’s why I’m buying in now. If Minnesota can emerge from that stretch as a true NFC contender, this 25-to-1 price will disappear. Getting this undefeated team with an elite defense at +2550 is too attractive to ignore.
Green Bay Packers +49% EV
Green Bay continues to be the most mispriced team on the Super Bowl odds board. The Packers moved to 4-2 with a convincing 23-13 win over the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. Jordan Love expertly carved apart the Cowboys finishing with 276 yards and a touchdown through the air and on the ground.
Green Bay’s defense pressured Dak Prescott on 41% of dropbacks, intercepted him twice and and held Dallas to 48 rushing yards. The Packers have now held three consecutive opponents to 14 points or less, all without Micah Parsons in the lineup.
The most encouraging part of this is Green Bay is doing this without Parsons and running back Josh Jacobs, so there is still plenty of room for growth. Plus, despite Love’s recent run of inspiring play, the Packers lead the league with 19 drops. Green Bay’s best football is in front of them.
As such, the Packers remain my favorite +EV Super Bowl value play. Our fairs odds have the Packers listed at +2653, while BetOnline still gives us +4000. Buy the Packers now, before Parsons and Jacobs return and the market catches up.
