What is the No-Vig Fair Odds?
Sportsbooks bake a margin (the vig) into both sides of every market, so the implied probabilities add up to more than 100%. Removing the vig reveals what the market actually thinks each side's true probability is — the fair odds. Fair odds are the foundation of +EV betting: a bet is only good if you're getting a better price than fair.
How to use it
1.Enter the odds for both sides of the market — ideally from a sharp book like Pinnacle.
2.Read the no-vig probability and fair odds for each side.
3.Any book offering better than the fair odds is giving you positive expected value.
Example
A market at -110 / -110 devigs to 50% / 50%, so fair odds are +100 on each side. If another book hangs +105 on one side, that bet is +EV.
